"dotnet-db-migrate is a global tool you can install you aid you in database migrations. Under the hood it uses db-up, anyone who has used this knows you have to create a migrations project to run your sql scripts. dotnet-db-migration takes this step out of the equation for you. Once installed all you have to do is point to you database, by passing in a connection string, and tell it where you migration scripts live. Currently it supports MS-SQL and PostgreSQL.
