"Windows 10 IoT Core on RPI based LoRa field gateway which enables cheap n cheerful sensor nodes to upload telemetry to Azure IoT Hubs & Azure IoT Central. I teach kids how to code and needed a telemetry field gateway which was reasonably priced (both devices + field gateway hardware), would work across a campus (couple of city blocks), had low power consumption (solar powered devices) and had good in building penetration (selection of indoor & outdoor sensors). There are a dozen sample client devices with more in the pipeline, Future planned enhancements include packed binary payloads, cloud to device messaging, device twin support for the field gateway, Azure Device Provisioning Service (DPS) support, automagic device provisioning, support for other hardware platforms e.g. Dragonboard 410C (which has a TPM for provisioning), and automated updates. Hello, I'm Corstiaan. I'm a .net developer from the Netherlands and I manage BuiltWithDot.Net. I created this site as a place where developers working with .net technology can showcase their projects and inspire other developers.
There's so much you can build with .net these days that I thought it would be nice to have a corner of the web dedicated to the breadth of .net. Enjoy!
